Spacious Double Room, in newly decorated Victorian house with original features. Located in a quiet residential area just a few mins minutes walk from Orrell Park station for trains to Liverpool/Ormskirk/Southport. Aintree Racecourse is just 1 train stop or a short walk away. Also well located for trains/busses to both Football stadiums & city centre. Early checkin/late checkout may be possible. There is only 1 guest room, so you will be the only guests during your stay. The space Large double bedroom, in 2 bedroom house, with wardrobe space and guest towels provided. Located in a quiet, safe, residential area, The house overlooks a nicely kept small park. The decked yard to the rear gets afternoon/evening summer sun and is a lovely space to relax in summer. There is free, plentiful parking in front of the house. Flexible check in/out times may be available-just ask! Guest access Free high speed (Fibre) WiFi; Large bedroom with double bed (as in picture) plus wardrobe space, and guest towels. Modern bathroom; modern kitchen for hot & cold drinks throughout stay and breakfast in the morning (toast, cereal selection, fresh fruit); Dining and living rooms; Decked outdoor space to rear. Free plentiful parking outside to front of the house. Please note, guests should not expect use of Kitchen facilities for cooking evening meals, but take away/microwave (microwave located in utility room) meals are fine. If use of kitchen will be needed- for example if planning a longer stay, please ask me about this before making the booking. Washer/Dryer available at surcharge of £4 per wash & £4 per dry. Clothing rack available for drying without charge. During your stay I'm a laid back, easy going person, happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they would like me to. Guests are free to use living rooms with me, and may join me to watch TV etc if they please. I also respect that most guests will prefer to keep themselves to themselves, and I will respect your space and privacy. Whilst I am doing so please do feel free to ask me if there anything you need.. Other things to note Just for clarity..I reside permanently at this address, it is my home, and my office 9-5 (I work from home). Breakfast items will be available every morning. Hot & cold drinks available throughout stay. Please note, guests should not expect use of Kitchen facilities for cooking evening meals unless agreed beforehand. I'm a little concerned the TV ad gives the wrong impression for 'bed n breakfast' on that front, so best to be clear! Please feel free to heat up microwave ready meals however or bring take away food back to the house (but not in the bedroom please!) and If you really want to cook, or you are considering a long term booking, please check this with me before booking:) Please note, third party bookings or new profiles with no reviews will not be accepted.
