Other things to note To ensure a premium experience for all our guests, we maintain the following standards: Clean Air & Scent-Free Sanctuary: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fine. We also prohibit candles, incense, and aerosols to accommodate sensitive guests. Shoe-Free Entry: We kindly ask all guests to remove shoes upon entry to keep our shared home pristine. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM (Thank you for helping us maintain a restful environment). Visitors & Deliveries: Please notify us of any visitors. Host permission is required for mail or package deliveries to the property. Laundry & Keys: Washer/dryer access is $10/load.
