Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners. The space ON THE PREMISES: - No tobacco use - No smoking or vaping of anything - No cats, birds, and any other animal except dogs. We love well-behaved dogs. - Do not leave your dog unattended. See "House Rules" section in this listing for details. The studio is located in the backyard of our home. The studio space includes a queen platform sofa bed with memory foam mattress, wifi and Internet access, television, bar and counter, bar stools, two folding chairs for indoor or outdoor use and stowed under the bed when not in use, sink, wine fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, hot plate, pots, pans, and dishwasher. Guests may request other small kitchen appliances and basics if they are not stored in the studio due to storage limitations, and are available in the main house. Please ask. One shelf in the large upright freezer in the garage is available for guest use upon request. Windows surround most of the studio for lots of light and sun, and window blinds can be closed for privacy or room darkening for a sound night's sleep. The studio entrance has a covered breezeway. THE GUEST BATHROOM IS SEPARATE FROM THE STUDIO. A private full bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet is accessible from the rear of the garage. It is detached from the studio and attached to the main house, accessible by a 40-foot walk via an outdoor walkway and covered breezeway with motion-activated lighting. See our listing's photos for a layout of the premises. The greenhouse and garden are available for guests to forage for whatever is in season. We've switched the following items to fragrance free for the comfort of our guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. Fragrance free hand wash and dish soap are available upon request. Some of our cleaning and sanitizing products may have a strong smell, such as a diluted vinegar solution, but we air out the studio between bookings and avoid products with added fragrance when possible. Guest access Outdoor spaces are shared with Steve, Tara, and Murphy at all times. Guests are welcome to enjoy our entire backyard, including the lawn, patio furniture, veggie garden, berries, and fruit trees. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the front lawn and deck. The studio and guest bathroom are for our guests' exclusive, private use. Other things to note Guests must have their own Airbnb account, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Airbnb. We cannot accept bookings on behalf of another person who does not have an Airbnb account, unless you are a business booking for an employee. During the summer, Eugene may experience occasional extreme high temperatures and wildfire smoke. Registration Details No number, just complete a form online with our address
