It is located in Formia in a private and guarded park, with direct access to the beach for guests of the park. Parking is free of charge , but it's suggested to book in advance. The apartment is recently renovated with a Mediterranean style, air-conditioned hot/cold, with independent entrance, external shower and free WiFi. In the living room the kitchenette is equipped with washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, electric kettle and coffee maker. Living opens onto a terrace with wonderful view of the beach and the Gulf of Gaeta. Terrace is equipped with chairs, table, parasol and 2 sunbeds. A second terrace equipped with table and chairs is on the mountain side. Two bedrooms for 4 people with headboards in Italian hand made ceramic face the sea and the mountain . Guest access We will be happy to welcome guests by opening the residence gate, showing them the parking space, and giving them a tour of the apartment. The apartment entrance is independent, with an outdoor shower convenient for rinsing off after coming back from the beach.
