This is the largest floor plan in the Patricia Grand Resort where you'll have a beautiful view from the balcony, living room, dining area, and bedroom. If you would like daily or mid-week maid service, you can contact me to make arrangement for a nominal fee. UPON ARRIVAL TO THE CONDO: Please check your unit thoroughly upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that your unit is cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please report any discrepancies immediately to me to ensure that the problem is resolved and that you will not be held responsible. LINEN/TOWELS/MISCELLANEOUS: We provide:  one set of sheets, two pillows and one blanket per bed.  bath towels and washcloths  pool towels are provided free of charge at the front desk.  1 bath mats  1 starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body soap and 1 roll of toilet paper  bring your own coffee, creamer, and seasonings requirements for cooking  beach chairs and umbrella are available for rent directly on the beach  there's a broom and mop for your convenience during your stay. YOU DO NOT have to mop or vacuum as part of your check out procedure. CHECK-OUT:  please wash all dishes/pots/pans etc.., You can leave them on the drying rack.  remove your left-over coffee, condiments, and seasoning supplies  remove all items from the refrigerator.
