Tesla charger on premises. Enjoy your stay in the big house of a New England farm style home. Your separate entrance into the meticulously maintained rooms of your peaceful stay await your arrival. Private off street parking, full kitchen including microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, cups silverware. Flat screen TV's in all rooms- A living room and one bedroom. One full bathroom. The space is 2 floors. There is a private patio and outside sitting area overlooking the pasture with a fire pit that can double as a grill. The goats will welcome a visit, but may fight over each other if you bring food into their space, so we strongly discourage feeding the animals. In order to maintain the privacy of our guests, we allow the guests to choose whether or not to interact with us. We are available to help out, make suggestions, or to answer any questions that guests may have. The owners reside at the property which also includes other businesses and residential guests The neighbor hood is quiet. There are beaches all around the neighborhood, as well as great places to eat. There is a green belt walkway directly in front of the property and behind the property- great for day hikes and mountain biking. There are 2 State Parks within a mile, and the Old Port in Portland is @ 5 miles away. This property is also the 2 mile water stop for the Beach to Beacon road race in August! Getting around is convenient by car or bike. You can walk to beaches and restaurants too, but there are no sidewalks and streets are not well lit at night. Guests will have access to parts of the property, but not all. Tesla charger on property. 2 night minimum stay per visit. Additional nights may be added to booking if available ~ and with permission.
