Campion Cottage - a classic Cotswold Cottage

Campion Cottage is a charming holiday cottage available to rent all year round. Dating back to the mid-1800s, it is located in the stunningly picturesque Cotswold village of Willersey adjacent to Broadway. This bijou stone-built cottage sleeps 4 adults. It has off-street parking, front & rear gardens and is ideally placed for exploring the villages and towns of the Cotswolds, the Vale of Evesham and beyond. TYPE 2 EV CHARGING NOW AVAILABLE! The space The space comprises: A living room … a cosy space with two double sofas, a wood-burner, Smart TV with on-demand apps for you to log-in with your accounts and a radio with iPod dock/Bluetooth. A kitchen/dining room … complete with a dining table and four chairs, an AEG oven and induction hob, compact dishwasher, a microwave, larder fridge, freezer and washing machine. An iron, ironing board and folding airer/dryer are also provided. Two bedrooms … each having a double bed with pocket sprung orthopaedic mattress plus clothes storage. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower which, together with the sink, have Grohe fittings. At the rear of the cottage, set beyond a communal path shared by my neighbours, is a south-facing patio garden to the rear, with table & chairs. Louvre timber panels create a sense of privacy. There is a heat-proof table which can be used for disposable BBQs. At the front of the cottage is a separate charming gated lawned garden with patio seating for four. Off-road parking is also provided for one car, plus there is plenty more parking space on the main road directly in front of the cottage. The parking space now has a Type 2 car charger. Let me know if you would like to use the charger and I will switch it on remotely. At the end of your stay I will send a breakdown of the electricity used, and payment can be made in cash or via Airbnb. Charging is billed at 45p per kWh. Please note, 13 amp (Granny) charging is not permitted. Bed linens and towels are provided, as is an initial supply of logs and all electricity for heating, lighting and domestic items. There is also free Wi-Fi, though do note that mobile signal inside the cottage isn’t great - it is the countryside and the walls are VERY thick! Guest access Guests have full access to all of Campion Cottage. My next door neighbour has access to the path at the back of the cottage. He also looks after the gardens, and is therefore sensitive to those visiting. For privacy, the rear patio garden is screened from this path. Other things to note Sorry pets and smoking are not allowed at Campion Cottage. Please note that the cottage has low doorways, so tall people get ready to duck! Also, due to steep stairs the cottage is not suitable and those with limited mobility. It is also not suitable for infants/young children.
