My place is close to dtwn Littleton Restaurants, Light Rail, Denver Seminary, Platte River Bike Path, Red Rocks (is 20 minutes)A great spot for workers at Lockheed Martin. I’m a 15 walk to Dish Network. It's a great place from which to explore Air Force Academy and Garden of the Gods, Boulder, and the mountains. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, the light, the comfy bed, the location and peaceful spirit. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Many of my guests are here for internships, clinical rotations and find it a great place to come home to and relax then explore on the weekends! My place is conveniently and centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The private bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom however I do share the shower only and will always try using it when my guest is away. It has the feel of private living in the entire home. Guest access All common areas are accessible. The laundry room downstairs and the kitchen upstairs are shared spaces. Privacy is a high value of mine. I always recommend notifiying the guest downstairs when doing laundry so they know that people are coming. They are totally aware this is a shared space. During your stay I love socializing with my guests but if they prefer privacy...... I totally respect that! One thing to note.....I host the basement. In order to share the laundry room downstairs I'll give you their number to text them your intentions to protect their privacy. The washer and dryer are shared. I also shower in the bathroom listed but only when you are not there. Other things to note Regarding the bathroom. I also use the bathroom for showering only. I do it always when you’re not here so you feel like you have a private bathroom. Airbnb did not give me a choice except here to add that detail. I want you to feel like it is your own.
