A large room with Queen bed, smart TV. Room darkening shades. This location is close to Universities, Summit Fairgrounds, National Park, Hospitals. Must be able to walk up 6 steps. Pet friendly home. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. You may also bring a guest for an additional daily $10 guest fee. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the room at any given time. All guests must be registered. NO visitors. 1 car . Shared bathroom. No laundry facilities. The space Please help yourself to tea/coffee. You may use the dining room, living room & kitchen. I have other guests staying in the home. Please be aware I have 4 pets in the home- 2 dogs&2 cats. There is one room avail with private bathroom with additional fee, if interested message me. If you don’t have reviews send us a message with relevant information regarding your visit. No deliveries/mail. No laundry. Please remove the sheets from the bed & remove the trash from the room. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house , we are not responsible for any damages to cars parked. Guest access Guests have access to upstairs of the house only. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. No laundry. No cooking . Please do not go downstairs - this is my private living space. If the driveway is full, you may park on the street. During your stay I am living in the home but I do work long hours. I am always available by text. Please contact me if you have any questions or need anything! Other things to note Close to University of Akron & Kent State University., National Park. I have 2 dogs & 2 cats. if you prefer not to meet the dogs please let me know. ! The house can get a little noisy with dogs barking at random times & other people residing in the home. Additional people on the property are $10 per person regardless if they spend the night. Please let host know of extra people/guests BEFORE booking. If you are booking for yourself only , we are expecting you only. No early check in.
