Spacious, modern, beach experience

The neighborhood is quiet, but walking distance to the night life. The beach is a 5 minute walk with lots of rooftops to view the coastline or have a drink with an umbrella in it! There are 4 beach cruisers if you want to explore the coastal towns. The space Spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo that makes you feel comfortable above anything else. The kitchen is modern with high end appliances and there is balcony where you to relax and have your morning coffee or grill some steaks at night. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood; The unit has a beachy feel to it to make you truly feel your vacation. Have fun!! There are 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There's a pullout couch in the master bedroom and a sectional couch in the guest bedroom, as well as a pullout couch in the living room. There is a also a comfy, sectional couch in the living room, and the closets are loaded with extra pillows, sheets, and towels, as well as an iron. The bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/bath soap/bubble bath & hair dryer. The apartment will be professionally deep cleaned prior to each stay. If you are a business traveler, you are a quick uber to Silicon Beach companies, and walking distance to Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina del Rey bars and restaurants. If you are a leisure traveler, you are just a quick walk from the beach, the Marina and the Venice pier. We even provide you with some beach supplies for your sun-filled adventure. There is a boogie board, beach chairs, and 4 beach cruisers to explore the boardwalk, bike paths, and canals for as far your heart desires! Guest access With the main set of keys you'll have full access to unit #105 with two parking spots and third upon request, full sauna, jacuzzi, heated pool, and gym with treadmill, elliptical, and free weights. As well as 4 beach cruisers with locks to explore all the neighborhood beach communities or for a quick Starbucks run so you don't have to worry about parking. Other things to note Have fun!!!!
