There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Come enjoy the water or visit nearby Shawnee Wine Trail, Ferne Clyffe State Park, hunting, fishing and much more. Both beds are memory foam, keypad entry, Dish TV, wifi, washer & dryer included. Blackstone style outdoor griddle. Max number of guests is 3. Registered guests only allowed on property! Guest access Keypad entry on front door. Other things to note You will have your own private dock for 🎣 fishing, kayaking or swimming within a short walking distance. Nice 🔥 fire pit at pole barn. Unit is not direct lakefront. Dock is within walking distance from unit. Must be 23 years of age to rent or have previous reviews, please. Any type of smoking in the unit will result in a $250 damage fee charge. Loft ladder not safe for children under age 10. No pets, sorry!
