Desk and chair for those who need to work. - Second bedroom: Two twin xl beds, which can be combined to create a comfortable king bed if preferred (see pics) - Seperate bathroom opposite the second bedroom, including a shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and high-end toiletries - Living room with large sofa (including pull out queen bed), chair and 60" LG 4K TV - Dining area for up to 6 people - Fully equipped kitchen including complimentary Keurig coffee and tea - Balcony with bbq grill, table and 4 chairs - High speed fibre internet and premium TV package - Dedicated and secure underground parking and bike storage Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, balcony and parking space. Pinnacle Pointe Resort features a swimming pool, hot tub, well equipped gym, vending machines and bike storage. The resort is located in Quail Ridge, a high-end neighborhood of Kelowna. Other things to note - Early checkins are usually available, on request - Quiet time: 11pm - 8am. - Children under 5 years must be closely supervised when in the apartment. - Bikes to be stored in a dedicated room in the parkade (keys provided), not in the unit. - No smoking anywhere in the resort or in the unit, there are designated areas just outside the resort entrance for smoking. - Garbage bins are located at opposite ends of the outside parking lot. - Park in the designated underground parking space. It is easy to find additional free parking on the street outside the resort. - Failure to comply with the resort rules will result in a fine. BL# 04088030
