Welcome to Naples! Come stay in your own private house with a screened in heated pool close by Vanderbilt beach and Mercato shopping center. This fully furnished home has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The space The space includes : screened in saltwater pool, manicured lawn, three bedrooms with the third in a fully enclosable den, two bathrooms, lanai, patio. Master bedroom walks out to the pool. Amenities include laundry / drying machines, towels, hair dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Guest access Entire house, inclusive of screened in lanai and private back yard. Other things to note This is our home, we’d appreciate guests to respect and care for our home like their own. Please be advised that only the specified number of guests are allowed to stay in and use the property. We allow a maximum of 6 guests (exclusive of infants). Guests inviting guests should seek host’s approval prior to doing so. Guests who violate this policy would be subject to additional fees and penalty.
