A very warm welcome. Room with private bathroom
Description
A working farm, situated in beautiful countryside and near the sea, has a double bedroom with a private bathroom with bath and shower. The room has a television, tea/coffee making facilities and is centrally heated. Guest access Guests can access the space via front door and can move freely between bedroom bathroom and dining room During your stay I am available most of the time and always at the end of the phone if you have any queries. If I'm not going to be in when you arrive there is a key safe at the entrance. I'll give the details in your info message before your arrival Other things to note We offer a superb location, only 2 miles away from the coast and coastal path. There are several beautiful beaches to choose from including the stunning 2 mile sandy beach of Newgale within a 5 minute drive and also Druidston, Nolton Haven and Little Haven in close proximity. We are roughly ten miles away from the City of St David's the smallest city in Britain and only 1 mile from the main A487 road. There are several pubs and restaurants within 2-3 miles of the house. *Please note, if using a SAT NAV, once you turn off the A487 at Simpson cross, continue for 1 mile until you reach a Farmhouse on the left with a wind turbine in the field next door (the sat Nav will want to direct you down a lane on the right before this, please ignore). Guests will have access to fridge microwave kettle and toaster in the dining room. The room is on the first floor of the house so may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties. I have another room on a separate listing so if your party consists of 3 or 4 people I may be able to accommodate you. Please contact me to check for You will have access to the house at any time with your own key. There is space for a travel cot.
