Vacation Paradise: Beachside - East of A1A

Luxury beachside villa located steps from the ocean - (home is east of A1A- on the barrier island NOT on the mainland). The home features a newly renovated kitchen as well as an outdoor grill area. The home is comfortable and well suited to families with children. The house features a large salt-water pool (not heated) and comfortable patio area - additionally there is a private beach at the end of our street (5 min walk). Please note: home available for rent no more than three times per year. The space We have a comfortable house which includes the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor grill area as well as surfboards and boogie boards. The home includes and large saltwater swimming pool (not heated). Each bedroom has a flat panel television with cable access. Additionally the family room features a 70 inch smart television. When you aren't spending time at the beach, we have puzzles, games and pool toys for your use. Note: Security cameras in use on property. All security cameras are external views of the property only (drive way, both sides of house, backyard, front yard, pool, and garage). Guest access We will make the entire house available to you during your stay. Other things to note Note: Home available for rent no more than three times per year. No more than 14 days in a year.
