House downstairs unit has two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed & other with 1 twin bed, futon in the living room, full kitchen, flat screen 32 inch cable TV, iron and ironing board, A/C, split bath w/ separate shower, hair dryer, outdoor seating with gas grill on front covered porch. Free WI-FI. Guest access We have a nice swimming pool for all guests to use. An outdoor picnic area with tables and gas grills is adjacent to the pool for hotel guests to use. There is also an outdoor fire pit in the common area.
