Please note that we have limited availability during the summer. Our luxury waterfront house is right on Skaha Lake just 1/2 mile south of town. It was custom built in 2012 to take full advantage of the fantastic lake views on all levels. The space We are on a great part of the lake but still close to town. We have a small sandy beach and the water is weed free and fairly shallow with no sudden drop offs so it is great for kids. There is a mooring buoy for your boat. The top part of the house has a total of 2 bedrooms + den/tv room and 2.5 bathrooms; - large master (king bed) with en-suite, small deck and fantastic lake views - wireless internet and Netflix - 2nd bedroom (queen bed) - tv room with queen sized sofa bed - 2nd full bath room - living room with small deck and more great views - deluxe kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - main floor powder room - Yamaha baby grand piano - air conditioning - washer/dryer The lower level can be a self contained 2 bedroom suite with it's own full kitchen and living space. It is ideal for families who want to vacation together but also have their own personal space. The lot gently slopes down to the lake so most of the lower level is actually above ground. It has 9' ceilings with lots of windows to take advantage of the great lake view. It features; - double French doors that lead out to the patio and bbq area - 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed the other has 2 singles that can be made into a king - bathroom - fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances - front load washer/dryer - air conditioning - wireless internet and Netflix All towels and linens are included.
