Small Room with Futon Bunk Bed

We are located in an upscale suburban college town. 2 train lines run close by, stations are in walking distance. Great restaurants, movie theater, health food store and public library. Train to Center City Philadelphia (25 min) Amtrak and cheap bus to New York City. No smoking, drugs, alcohol allowed in house or anywhere outside on the premises. Please don't book this room if you need to smoke or vape or drink alcohol. No TV. Get a good night sleep, bu not suitable to spend entire days. The space This room is very small and the futon bunk bed takes up a large portion of it. It is however the brightest and in the afternoon the sunniest room in the house. There is a small table to eat on and work. No closet, but a clothes rack on wheels to hang coat and suit. Probably not ideal for a longer stay, but an economical solution for a short visit. Other things to note inviting friends. Most of my guests are professionals, who come here for interviews or exams and they need peace and quiet and a good night sleep. Therefore I ask that everyone be very quiet after 10 PM. So no loud conversations, music or telephone conversations at night. If you want to watch movies on your laptop, please bring head phones. And please tip toe and don't slam doors at night. Please don't turn hallway light on after 10 PM (there is a night light).
