Come enjoy Maine in this peaceful oceanfront oasis on a tidal bay in Hancock. This bedroom is on the second floor with an ocean and garden view. The room has a queen size bed and shares a full bath with one other guestroom. Here you have a full access to the water and a front row seat to sunset! This room is equipped with an air conditioner for warmer nights. The space This is a large oceanfront home down a long private driveway with two second floor bedrooms available for rent, a large queen size room and a smaller full size bedroom. The owner's room is in a separate part of the house. Plenty of parking is available. Self-serve coffee is available in the adjacent room as well as a small refrigerator. This is a family friendly and LGBTQIA+ safe place. Guest access Guests have full access to shared spaces including the kitchen, living room, front and backyard, cocktail deck, and private shore path. The kitchen is available for light cooking, to ensure a pleasant experience for all, guests are expected to fully clean up after themselves, washing all dishes, wiping counters. During your stay I will likely be home in the evenings and weekend days, however keep busy maintaining the house, and working in the garage. This large home provides ample privacy for all! Other things to note The house has a long private drive, great for bicycling or walking. The bay is tidal, but the kayaking is great. You'll see seals, eagles and a variety of ducks. Other area attractions like Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Schoodic Point, Hancock Point waterfront, and much more are all nearby.
