Just a short walk from the beach, village pubs, restaurants, and shops, this stylish and spacious property comfortably sleeps 10 guests. This exceptional holiday home includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a hot tub, a games room, a playroom/snug, and a well-equipped kitchen and utility room. LIVING AREAS The ground floor features oak flooring and underfloor heating. The main living room includes large sofas, a wood-burning stove, a 55-inch Smart TV with Sky package, Netflix, and a DVD player. French doors lead to the rear deck with a hot tub and enclosed lawn. A second snug/playroom features toys, games, puzzles, books, a flat-screen TV, and built-in DVD player, making it ideal for children. KITCHEN & DINING The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fitted with granite worktops and a range-style cooker. The large dining table seats 10 and is accompanied by a breakfast bar and leather sofa. Appliances include a double oven and hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, cafetiere, Nespresso coffee machine (pods required), and an iPod dock with speakers. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board, and extra storage. A separate ground floor wet room with shower, WC, and basin completes the space.
