K & M Country Homestead

Our apartment is in the basement of our home it is newly finished and very clean. Interstate-70 is only 6 miles from the apartment and so is very accessible to travelers passing through. The location is great as it is within 2 hours to Salt Lake City, also it is a short drive to Fish Lake and a central location to visit Utah's National Parks.The Sevier Valley Center and Snow College Richfield campus is within 7 miles from our place. The space Dining in Richfield is also a close drive away. The apartment is great for the ATV Jamboree as the hills to some of the trails are just a few miles from the house. We look forward to having you stay with us! This is an apartment in the basement of our home you will have your own entrance and total privacy. The kitchen is stocked with equipment to make your stay feel like home away from home. There are spices a little sugar some coffee and essentials to make your stay comfortable. Guest access You will have access to the king bedroom when booking for 2 people. If you would like the room with 2 double beds for 2 people please let us know so we can unlock that bedroom for you. If you have more than 2 guests we will ask you what rooms you want unlocked. Please be specific on how many people are staying with us so we can make your stay more comfortable. There is also a hot tub on the property. It remains locked but if you want to have access to it please ask us to see if we can accommodate your request. Other things to note Quiet hours are at 11 p.m. If you have plans of partying or being up late this is not the place for you. You are welcome to arrive later than 11 p.m. and be awake with normal family noise but just no loud parties and music after 11 p.m.
