Guest Suite: Skytrain/Coquitlam Center 3 min drive

Welcome to our guest suite in Coquitlam where a mall, parks, restaurants and the Skytrain are easily accessible!! Your hosts (Kumi & Gamini) are well traveled, friendly and respectful individuals. If you choose to stay with us, we will make your trip a memorable one! NOTE: Bookings for 1-2 guests get only 1 bedroom (queen bed or 2 single beds). Bookings for 3-4 guests get both bedrooms. If a party 2 guests, need separate rooms please book as 3 guests or there will be a $ 15/day extra charge. Guest access The guest suite is completely separate from our living space. You will have your own: - private entrance - kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooktop/hotplate, microwave, toaster oven, bread toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, electric kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans, and other utensils for light cooking) - bathroom (towels, toilet paper, tooth paste, shampoo and body wash) - washing machine and dryer for extra charge - and living area (desk & office chair), dining table and arm chairs - NOTE: No TV in suite You are more than welcome to access our spacious backyard too! We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: We sanitize high-touch surfaces including doorknobs, table tops and counter-tops We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear while cleaning to help prevent cross-contamination We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines Other things to note - This is by no means a party place - so please be respectful of that. - Please clean up after yourselves. It means we expect your group to clean used utensils (e.g. cups, plates, pots and pans etc.) and also throw all food waste, garbage, plastics in the correct bins. - Quiet time: 11 pm to 5 am. - Smoking or using drugs inside the building or on the property is not allowed. - For the safety and security, we only allow the guests who booked to use the suite (if you wish to meet visitors please do so outside the property). This measure is important for safety of our guests and all those who live on the property. - The guest suite has carpet so we would kindly ask all guests to remove their footwear at the door (indoor slippers provided) - If the suite is booked for only two guests, you have to choose which room you want to use, either the room with the queen bed or the room with the 2 single beds (requests to use both rooms will not be accommodated). So please understand: bookings for 1-2 guests get only one bedroom. Booking for 3-4 guests get both bedrooms. If you don't have 3 guests in your party, but want access to both bedrooms, you will have to book as 3 guests or there will be an extra charge of $ 15 /day . - Our place is located very close to the City of Coquitlam, which can be convenient, but the downside is that sometimes it can be a little noisy even at night (like how it would be with any city).
