Wright Cozy Guest Suite in 5 Points!

Cozy&creative 2 rooms + bath, clean is a priority. Living Room has feather cushioned couch, 3 chairs, table, desk, Med. size frig/freezer, microwave, toaster & toaster oven, coffee maker & supplies. YES WI-FI & 31" TV. NO KITCHEN.4 steps lead to lower level bedroom w/ Blockout curtain at doorway, 1 closet & bathroom. Full size bed. Shower head projects from stair case angle. Low ceilings. Private patio at your exterior door w/ a front yard parking pad. Emergency exit at top of stairway. The space The Cozy Wright Guest Suite (400 sq. ft ) is a private space with 1 exterior door at Duplex front yard patio. It is the lower level of our 1920s rental Duplex in Athens 5 Points neighborhood. The upper level is rented separately ( 1000 sq. ft listed as Just Wright Guest House). All doors are locked in between the upstairs rental area, basement & this Suite. This Suite is Not suitable for extended stay. Guest access The Wright Cozy Guest Suite is the lower area of a rental duplex with a front yard private entrance and patio. Access between these 2 areas can only be unlocked by host. A front yard gravel parking pad is available for you & guests to park. The upper space has back yard access to their spaces. Your exterior door is within your private Patio with two seating areas. 2 patio tables, 5 chairs, 2 umbrellas. You would not be sharing these spaces with anyone else. Other things to note 445 Southview Drive also has a Caboose (really look at the end of the driveway) in the backyard. It was relocated here in 1950's and converted to a guest house. Truly the original tiny house. It is currently being repaired for future rental. Please do not enter. We ask that the driveway remain clear of parked vehicles at all times. This allows folks in the upstairs unit to access their parking on the backyard parking pad and a clear path to come and go. Thanks.
