A stylish breakfast bar with four stools makes for a great dining spot. LINEN & TOWELS Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered prior to your arrival. PARKING Paid public parking available on the street in front of the apartment. Free public street parking is available roughly 700 meters away. EASY ACCESS The apartment is located on the ground floor, only one step from street level. CITY TAX Since the 1st of January 2014 all guests have to pay the so called City Tax. This 7.5% tax has to be paid on top of the price you pay on online. For more information please refer to the federal state of Berlin website. DOCUMENTS If you are a foreign national we need copies of the passports / IDs of every person who will be staying in the apartment. This is due to § 29 - Bundesmeldegesetz (BMG). The documents and information are collected by us using a Pre-Check In tool from chargeautomation. In the course of the Pre-Check In you also have possibility to pay the City Tax. MONITORING We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is privacy compliant.
