Room with Private Bathroom & Private Entrance

Our small cozy guest room has a private entrance & is located in a safe residential neighborhood. We are located about 3 minutes from Loop 20. The self-check in bedroom has a private shower and restroom. We have a swimming pool and a billiards table available for our registered guests. Our place is great for 2 people, solo travelers, couples, and business travelers. Parties and gatherings are NOT allowed. Only registered guests allowed. The space This is a small cozy room perfect for a short stay. If you would like to book for a longer period we want to make sure you are comfortable with the size. The bedroom is about 14 ft by 11 ft and the restroom is approximately 14ft by 8ft. The room is part of our home, but our guests have a private entrance to enter. It is self check in so you may check in at anytime. The room has a Smart TV with Netflix & Hulu, small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, desk and a cool rain shower head. Enjoy the swimming pool, pool table and bicycles (upon request) at your convenience. ~ Parties are NOT allowed Note - Ring cameras are installed outside by the entrance and pool area. Guest access The room is part of our home, but our guests have a private entrance to enter. It is self check in so you may check in at anytime. Our 2 registered guests are able to use our swimming pool and billiards table. During your stay We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We will respect your privacy, but we are at your service at anytime that it is needed. We love to offer suggestions! Other things to note Pet dog Canelo: We have a bulldog named Canelo. He is super friendly and loves to interact with guests in the backyard. He spends time both inside and outside our home. Pool: No life guards on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Deep area of the pool is 8ft. Our pool is gated and door must remain closed. Pool hours are from 8am - 12am.
