Hunaudaye Gîte – Pool Domaine du Bois Riou Dinan

Quiet countryside, close to all amenities and must-see sites in northern Brittany. The La Hunaudaye gîte is perfect for families and comfortably accommodates 10 people. It is located in the heart of an estate on which there is also another cottage and the owners' house on 6 ha: woods, ponds, pasture with animals, covered play area and swimming pool (10*4 m, heated, covered in case of bad weather, from April to November) common to all guests. The space Tradition and Modernity. Authentic and comfortable gîte. Exceptional site: a relaxing nature bath. (The estate also includes another cottage for 6 people and the owners' house.) Not accessible for people with reduced mobility Guest access The entire cottage is available as well as its garden-terrace area. Our guests can walk throughout the estate (6 ha), see the animals, the vegetable garden... Access to a covered games room and the pool, common to both cottages. Other things to note In order to prepare the cottage between two occupancies, it is available from 4pm and must be vacated on the day of departure by 10am maximum (except for the weekend package from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm) The estate is a quiet place. No parties or events. Common areas are reserved exclusively for guests (no outside guests) Firewood for the fireplace is provided but at an additional cost. Towels are provided but cannot be used for the pool. Provide towels for this purpose (possibility to renting on site).
