Villasimius - Cala Pira few steps from the beach

Cala Pira is a wonderful bay, located in Castiadas, between Costa Rei and Villasimius. It is surrounded by secular junipers, a spectacular coastline, rugged mountains, a magnificent beach with crystal clear water and fine snow-white sand. Its shallow seabed makes it unique and safe for families with children, looking for a relaxing and pleasant holiday in a little paradise where the car is not needed. IUN Q3560 The space Two granite steps connect the house entrance with the short path that brings you to the sea. The villa is in a private residence and it’s composed of: one big bathroom, a double room including a good TV and a wardrobe, and a spacious open space living room/kitchen. The open space living room can be separated from the kitchen by a wooden sliding door, and can be turned into a second bedroom, hosting 3 more beds by using a big and comfortable sofa bed, which can be changed into the following: a bunk bed plus an extra bed (or a bunk bed with a double bed below, or a simple double bed, leaving the upper part closed). The living room hosts a big wall wardrobe and a large screen TV. The house is equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioner, to guarantee freshness. The exterior part of the house, most appreciated during summer weather, is composed of a porch with roof, a front and back garden, and a private parking spot. Guest access To ensure you have a perfect time with us, we provide all necessary comfort: from the dishwasher, the oven, the microwave, the barbecue, the washing machine, to the exterior hot shower, the umbrella for the sea, and so much more. The house is fully equipped and entirely available for guests. Other things to note Check-in 15.30; Check-out at 10.00. We offer bed sheets and towels (Medium- and guests towels) for the bathroom, the price is 20€ per person. Adding a set of beach towels has an extra charge of 5€. It is advised to book them in advance so that the agency can have them ready for you. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and electricity costs are normally small unless there is an excessive use of air conditioning. The electricity costs are 50 cents per kw. Waste collection has to be kept in order, according to the waste calendar provided on arrival, and can not be left over after departure.
