Oakhurst-Yosemite-Bass Lake-Clean & Quiet Studio!

Comfortable, spacious, 1 room studio located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Oakhurst, Ca. 20 miles to the South Gate of Yosemite and 6 miles to Bass Lake. We have a breakfast area, fridge, microwave, toaster, keurig with coffee, tea and water. Hot plate and air fryer oven. Private bathroom and shower. New couch, smart TV with Hulu and fire stick. A/C, heat and wifi. Cal King bed, twin size futon with mattress and twin size blow up bed. New patio with seating for 4. The space The Studio is bright and welcoming and suitable for 4 people with a cal king bed, twin futon and twin air mattress upon request. You will see deer, birds and maybe even some turkeys! Take a walk on our quiet street and enjoy the mountain air. 8 minutes to two grocery stores, numerous restaurants and bars. Other things to note Please read the house manual for all other info. There are instructions for checkout. Please be aware that there is limited wifi in this area. Please let me know ahead of arrival if you will be needing the twin air mattress and I can set it up for you. Checkout is 11am. There is a $50 fee for late checkout until 1pm. After 1pm, you will be charged for an addtl night.
