Privacy: the entire place is for you only. Working from home: very fast WiFi for video conference, streaming and game. Extra clean: sanitize common surfaces. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler. The space The guest suite is a good size separated master bedroom with its own outside entrance and bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). It has a queen bed, 43 inches 4K Smart RoKu TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, small table, and chair. Shampoo, soap, and clean bath towels are provided. Guest access The place is in a multiple Airbnb listings building. You will have full access to the entire place through a private entrance door. You also have additional access to the back-yard. If you stay more than 3 days, you can access to a shared laundry room in a building nearby. Please ask for access code and instructions if you need to use the shared laundry room. The access code will be provided before the check in time. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *50* guests across our portfolio with all homes located within the same block.
