The space The house is about 25 min by car from Faro airport, 900 m from the sea at Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and 9 km from Tavira, a picturesque town dating back to the 13th century. The paved terrace with a large pool extends to the south, and in the garden there is room for lunches and dinners outdoors, with barbecue, fish pond and fountain. Entrance floor: 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and living room with terrace access. Upstairs: 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioning. All bedrooms have bar cabinets. Pool: 12 x 4.5 m (depth 1.3-2.2 m) with 20 sun loungers, free bath towels and regular cleaning. Jacuzzi: Available on the property and can be booked during October-May for an additional fee. Facilities: Wireless Internet, TV with game console, laundry room. All bed sheets, towels and cleaning are included. Possibility to rent your own chef. Proximity: 50 meters to local bar and more restaurants within walking distance. Food shops in Fuseta (2 km) and major shopping in Tavira/Olhão. Ria Formosa: 900 m to the sea, with boat connections to sandy beaches.
