It is a pedestrian street with top Spanish fashion stores as well as cafes and bars with street terraces. During the day the street has a lot of atmosphere and at night it is very quiet. There are no nightclubs or car traffic. The house is very nice and cozy. Its appearance is that of a family home, not a furnished apartment with any furniture for rent. It has everything that any of us need in our own home. It is located in a renovated building. It is a 1st floor apartment without an elevator (2nd American level). The apartment has been refurbished and retains a relaxed and very homely atmosphere. We love hosting families with small children. Guest access It has a 25-meter living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The living room has a viewpoint (a large window) with a 1m x 1m armchair that is very nice for watching the street and reading. The living area has a 3-meter by 2.10-meter sofa and a 1-meter armchair. 42" TV. The dining area has a 90x150 table that opens up to 210 meters and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes, glassware, cutlery, pans, pots, etc. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 150 cm x 190 cm bed. The other bedroom has 2 90cm beds. Fully equipped: White bed linen: sheets, duvets, duvet fillings (synthetic summer - feather winter) and towels included. Hairdryer, iron, kitchen utensils. It has a wooden crib and travel crib for babies - Also high chairs for children. Other things to note The building doesn't have an elevator. The apartment is on the first floor. (Second level above ground: ground floor + 1). It has a parking space.
