Welcome to Finca Binixica in Biniali !!! The space The finca is about a kilometer from the center of the small town of Biniali. On a plot of about 3,500 m², with a Mediterranean-style garden and a variety of orange and other fruit trees, you will find everything that makes your stay pleasant: quiet shaded areas, spacious covered terraces and, of course, a swimming pool with a large sun terrace. From the property you also have a panoramic view of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the mountain range in the north of Mallorca. The location of the finca guarantees absolute intimacy, as the pool and sun terrace are not visible from any side. The finca has about 120 m² of living space, plus 90 m² of covered terraces. There are 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed 150 x 190 cm, one with two single beds 90 x 190 cm and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower, the other with shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the large covered south terrace. These two bedroom have air conditioning, perfect for hot Mallorcan summer! A further bedroom with bathroom en suite can be reached via a separate entrance. So ideal for friends traveling together, the in-laws, grandparents or for the adult children. Particularly beautiful is the large, covered south terrace in front of the house, with seating furniture, dining table and views of the pool area. Here you will spend more time than in the house itself; it is the real "living room" of the finca, whether in the day or with a bottle of wine with beautiful lighting in the evening. The pool is 7.8 x 4 m in size and there is also a fixed barbecue area and of course an outdoor shower. The finca has been restored with a lot of taste. It features a spacious living-dining room with dining area and sofa area with music system and satellite TV. Adjacent is the modern kitchen, which is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, etc., the kitchen also has direct access to the terrace. The finca is very comfortably furnished and decorated with a lot of love for detail, the furnishings are high-quality and tastefully adapted to the Mallorcan style. Due to the central heating, the finca is also ideal for winter. Internet (WIFI) is of course available! Guest access The finca is completely reserved for our guests, both house and pool and property ! The location of the finca guarantees absolute intimacy, as the pool and sun terrace are not visible from any side. Other things to note The small town of Biniali belongs to the municipality of Sencelles and has only about 170 inhabitants; it was recently proposed as a public cultural asset by the Balearic Government due to its history (BIC - Bien de Interés Cultural). As a result, the development plan is particularly strictly applied and other construction projects are waived. Construction licenses for small projects are also handled very restrictively; the goal is to preserve the originality of this place. And so far, this has been successful !!! The finca is about 1 km from the town center and is easily accessible in a small walk - in case the car remains better parked.
