It has a very bright living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction stove, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, raclette machine, clothes steamer,...) open to the living room where you will find a family dining area and a cozy corner with a sofa, armchair, flat screen (multitude of French and foreign TV channels) and a wood stove that will allow you to spend beautiful evenings by the crackling fire. You will also find a bedroom with 1 double bed and a flat screen TV (with a multitude of French and foreign TV channels), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and 1 sink and a separate toilet. You can discover a small room adjoining the master bedroom with 1 bunk bed for the children's enjoyment. Of course, you will find multiple storage spaces in every room in the house. The living room opens through its bay window onto a very pleasant and spacious terrace of about 15 m2 with full sea view. It is furnished and equipped with garden furniture, a table and chairs, a shade awning, sun loungers that you can move at your convenience if you prefer sun or shade because you will find another small terrace on the other side of the house in front of the veranda of the entrance where you can enjoy the large private garden of 1200 m2. Of course, a Weber barbecue is available for you to make beautiful grills The house is very functional and very well-equipped. Bed and bath linens are provided and the beds are made for your arrival.
