The apartment contains about 55 square meters, 2.5 rooms, a large bedroom with a shower and toilet, a living room with 2 pull-out sofas, a dining area, a kitchen, a garden and a yard. All on one level without stairs, the apartment is fully furnished, including 2 TV screens, cable, Netflix, fast wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an espresso machine, a hot and cold water device. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests, or 6 guests when there will be a density of beds during sleeping time. The apartment is in the heart of the old Gedera, close to everything, to the Habiluim street where there are restaurants, cafes, shops, Yeshurun Synagogue, Herzfeld, main bus station and the restaurants on Herzl Street. The guests will have full access to all amenities and facilities within the rented unit, including the garden and yard that are adjacent to the units. In addition, the common areas available for their use are the driveway, the washing machine, the dryer, and the electric water heater. The apartments are conveniently located on the ground floor with their entrance accessible from Horvitz Street. In contrast, our residence is situated on the first floor, and our entrance can be found on Hagoren Street. This arrangement ensures that our guests can enjoy complete privacy on one side while being in close proximity to us, allowing for a prompt response and assistance with any needs that may arise.
