An escape into the hills, we are ideally located only a few minutes’ walk from bustling College Ave and Rockridge BART, with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco and beyond. The unit is a large one-bedroom with full bath, living and dining rooms, and a kitchenette. Additional sleeping space on the living room trundle bed, and shared access to the huge, shaded yard with mature redwood and oak trees. Our family of four (including children) lives on the floor above, so you will likely hear us as we go about our day. All is quiet from 9pm to 7am, our quiet hours.
