Short trails lead to the famous Bavarian lake Ammersee with various swimming areas suited for children and adults and to the town centre. Rooms and facilities: The flat has tall ceilings, glass, wood and ceramic floors, combined with white and fresh colors that give the home loft feeling. It provides spaciousness with an open view of the countryside. The apartment consists of a living room, two separate double bedrooms (each with a kingsize bed), kitchen, bathroom with seperate bathtub and shower and a large terrace. The apartment has a private parking area. The features in all accommodation meets high standards of material quality, design, functionality and comfort. Modern consumer electronics, modern kitchen technology, a working area with desk in the bedroom bathtub and shower with plenty of space and light in the bathroom and fresh color accessories makes the flat a relaxing place to be all year round.
