Our period apartment is in the center, on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 1929, in a street that surrounds the Medici walls of Grosseto, it is a 1-minute walk from the historic center. A few meters from the house you can find a large free parking lot, tobacco shops, small grocery stores, bars, restaurants, laundry, the bus stop and the train station that is 5 minutes away by car. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a livable terrace. The space The apartment is vintage, many things have remained as they were, so if you love diving into the past, this is the right ad for you. It is lovingly furnished, following our taste for vintage, with family and recycled objects. It consists of a large kitchen with a livable terrace where you can eat outdoors, a double bedroom and a large living room that, thanks to the comfortable sofa bed, can become another bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the double bedroom, the room that houses a double sofa bed, the equipped kitchen with terrace and the bathroom with shower. One room is closed and exclusively accessible to us owners. Other things to note The apartment does NOT provide bed linens or towels. It has everything you need to cook, including household cleaners.
