Cozy lakeview cottage steps away from the beach! Equipped with all the amenities-outdoor space with a bbq, screened-in patio, fire-pit, and a bunk house for the kids! Perfect for a larger group or a family gathering. Less than an hour from Winnipeg, and a short drive to the neighbouring towns of Winnipeg Beach, Sandy Hook, and Gimli. Here guests can enjoy the shops, restaurants and beaches along Lake Winnipeg. Note: The cottage is not winterized and cannot accommodate winter rentals. The space The cottage sleeps 6 with up to 7 more in the bunk house. Comes with all the summer essentials - a bbq for evening cookouts, a firepit, fans for hot summer days, and easy access to the lake for fishing and swimming in the summer. Tennis courts are a short walk away. Pets are typically welcome, please just send a quick request prior to booking! The property is fenced for dogs. The cottage has well water. We recommend the artesian well (about a mile away) for drinking water. You're also welcome to bring your own water. Relax with your morning coffee on the deck or town pier. The space The cottage has everything you need and the entire space is yours! Full kitchen and dining space, with fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer or clothes line. Three piece indoor bathroom. . There is an outdoor fire pit. Feel free to use the wood piled against the bunkhouse. Wood is available for purchase at the store in town if you need more. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please respect the cottage- inside and out, as well as the neighbours and the beach.
