A charming, spacious traditional stone cottage in a hamlet, above a large, sandy, surfers' beach, very near the Cornish coastal path, with private parking. A home from home, it sleeps 8 max in 3 large bedrooms, one en-suite. With a well-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, a comfy sitting room and a library of DVDs and book and Wifi. Rock House is cosy in Winter with a Raeburn and open fire and has a courtyard and garden with barbecue for balmy summer days. We happily welcome single dogs. The space Rock House is spacious and has three main bedrooms, the master bedroom with 5' double bed and adjoining ensuite shower room (with underfloor heating), the guest room with another double and the children's room with two singles and a bunk. There is a travel cot for babies (although we do ask guests to bring their own baby linen). The main bathroom - which has a bath, loo and washbasin - and the two double rooms, have a wonderful view across the valley. There is a sitting room with comfy chairs and an open fire, which is also equipped with TV, DVD/BluRay, Stereo and a great collection of movies and books. A good sized dining room with the Rayburn stove in an inglenook, comfortably seats eight. The kitchen includes a good sized fridge freezer, two ovens, a microwave and electric hob. There is a full range of cooking equipment Outside, a small lawned garden and a pretty, cloistered slate barbecue area is available.. perfect for those sunny summer evenings. There is also an outside loo and utility room equipped with washing machine and dryer which can be made available for guests. The house is full of period charm, with some low door frames and several small steps between levels and stairs up to the bedrooms, so sadly it is not best suited to those who use wheel chairs. Guest access Guests will have full, sole occupancy of the house and garden during their stay. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed anywhere in Rock House
