Apartment Papavero is located just 1 km from the small village of Villamagna with shops and services, 15 minute drive from Volterra and 20 minutes from San Gimignano.There's a swimming pool . In 20 minutes by car you can rent an e-bike . Only 10 minutes by car there's a riding school for horseback rides The space The farmhouse "La Fonte", situated in the heart of the Tuscany's hills, is the ideal place to spend beautiful moments in the quietness of the countryside.Strategically based in the heart of Tuscany, the area offers splendid itineraries though an uncontaminated countryside dotted with historical ruins, castles, villas, medieval hamlets and ancient Roman sites. Furthermore, many famous Tuscan centres of incredible artistic and historical value, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca, are just a short drive away. Villamagna is the nesrest village with shops and services (only 1 Km far). The villa has a swimming pool , surrounded by a wide olive grove, where extra virgin oil, available for tourists, is produced. There's also a barbecue area with space for eating.Around the farmhouse there are 5 hectares of countryside included a small wood and a small lake which are reachable on foot. For the children there's a children's playground. Pets are allowed and wellcome. Moreover, it is possible to use the external big barbecue. There is a covered car park. The villa is constituted of three apartments restructured in the typical Tuscany style: The apartment is located at the ground floor: living room with cooking corner and double sofa-bed, double bedroom with double bed where we can add a single bed or a baby-cot closet bathrom with shower and covered porch with table and chairs for relaxing times.
