The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and 8 RFID amenity armbands paid to the resort at check-in. .**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches. Aqua Views is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. Located in one of the best locations in the building- a front, inside corner on the 3rd floor! The large wrap-around balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, as well as overlooking the resort's tropical lagoon-style pool. There is seating at the island bar, and you have all the big & small appliances you will need to cook full meals, or just make coffee to enjoy each morning on the balcony. Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a beautiful view of the gulf. This room is its own retreat, with a beautiful ensuite full bathroom that has a shower/ tub combo and a large double vanity. The Guest bedroom also has 2 queen beds, a smart TV and its own ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate. Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather.
