Located near major roads and major employers in northeast Ohio. Just 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland. l live in the residence. I interact with the guests as much or as little as they want. I am always available to answer questions. Willoughby is a wonderful small city. It has everything you would expect in a city, yet a great hometown feel. Uber is readily available. Beginning January 1, 2024, I will be increasing my rate to $66 per night. The discount for long term stays will remain at 50%. For long term stays, I will begin charging a $100 security deposit. At the end of the stay, some or all of the deposit will be returned depending on any damages, wear and tear and extra cleaning incurred.
