Kingshill Annexe - tranquility in Great Brickhill

The self contained annexe forms part of the larger Kingshill property situated in the picturesque Buckinghamshire village of Great Brickhill. Located 6 miles from Milton Keynes with views across the countryside of the Aylesbury Vale. It is 3 miles from Woburn Golf Course and 17 miles from Silverstone. There are many walking trails including Stockgrove, Rushmere and the Greensand Ridgeway. The 17th century village pub is a 2 minutes walk. The space The annexe is a self-contained unit on the ground floor and forms part of the main house. It comprises a bright and airy double bedroom with cast iron double bed, a dressing room, and newly fitted en-suite shower room accessed via a short flight of steps. Beyond the en-suite is the 'Den', a large room containing a sofa, dining table and chairs and a TV - made for relaxing, with double aspect views of the garden. French windows open on to the terrace and pool area where guests can enjoy spectacular views of the rolling countryside and take a dip in the outdoor heated pool (open May until August). A kitchenette has been installed allowing guests to prepare simple meals. It contains a sink, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with a range of single use items and essentials including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, jam and bottled water. Guest access Access to the self-contained annexe is gained via a separate ground-floor door. The 410 square feet apartment overlooks the garden, and contains a large double bedroom, dressing area, bathroom and a large airy living area with dining table and chairs, sofa, TV and kitchenette. Other things to note Our 'Welcome pack' includes essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible and contains goods for a 'Continental breakfast'.
