🌿 Stay at Zi Villa, a large luxury gîte in the heart of the Jardins d'Ilona, ideal for families or friends up to 14 people. 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room with equipped kitchen, private garden, terraces, barbecue, billiards and private jacuzzi. Heated indoor pool (private slots), playground, trampoline, ping-pong. Close to Saint-Omer, 50 min from Lille and 1 hour from the beaches. A peaceful setting for relaxation, conviviality and discovery. The space Zi Villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a large private garden with garden furniture, terrace and patio. Upstairs, a second living room houses a French billiard table for your leisure time. Everything is fully privatized for you, only the indoor heated swimming pool is shared between our 6 cottages (up to 2 private slots of 1 hour/day, open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Wi-Fi is available, with network name and password indicated in the cottage. You also have private parking. On site: children's playground, trampoline for young and old, ping-pong room with rackets and balls provided, for the enjoyment of all in any season. Guest access The gîte is entirely private for you, with private parking available. You can also enjoy the common areas: playground, large garden, ping-pong room and heated indoor pool, accessible for moments of relaxation and leisure. Other things to note A deposit of €1000 is required upon key handover (by check or cash, we do not have a credit card machine on the estate), this will be returned to you on the day of your departure. The maximum capacity of the cottages must be respected to ensure comfort and safety for all guests.
