Nice Palavas les Flots on foot! 🙂 Comfortable studio 5 minutes from the beach, you will easily enjoy all the activities of the village, traditional fishermen, jousting, shops, balls, markets, fireworks. Located in a quiet area, you will enjoy parking your car (small or medium) in the secure private parking lot, and discovering Palavas. 1 closed bicycle room available. this studio "la mouette" is referenced at the Palavas tourist office. The space july and August, I only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Studio 22m2 , in the village in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. 5 minutes from the beach. Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small residence without an elevator, the stairs are very wide and easy to climb! Southeast facing the studio is sunny in the morning with a small sea breeze in the evening . Ideal for a couple or a small family. To lighten your luggage 😀 I provide linens and the beds are ready upon arrival. The children's cabin beds are separated from the main room by a door . The bed is comfortable there is a ceiling fan for hot weather, and the dining area is on the terrace with an unobstructed view overlooking the courtyard. the studio is well equipped, coffee maker, kettle, combined microwave oven, electric hobs, top fridge with freezer, small TV, there is a bathroom with shower , WC , sink furniture with lots of shelves. there is no wifi. Guest access located on the right bank at the entrance to Palavas. Access to the residence and parking is secured by a code. The parking space is suitable for small or medium car, a large car is possible if you have a good sense of direction! (see photo of the parking lot) When you arrive in Palavas, call me and I will meet you to help you settle in, and advise you on some good places. there is a closed bicycle room in the residence. the residence is by the canal. Other things to note I provide the sheets, your bed will be ready when you arrive, the studio is reserved for peaceful use and respectful of the neighbors. when you leave, I ask you to return the studio clean, kitchen and bathroom clean.
