We are centrally located with easy access to State Farm Stadium home of the Cardinals, Westgate, Gila River Arena, Surprise Stadium, Spring training, and all the attractions the west side has to offer! Enjoy this newly updated home with ocean and greek designs, this beautiful home will leave you feeling rejuvenated! The space As you walk in through the front door you are greeted with brand new marble look flooring, to your right you will see the Master Bedroom and bath featured with a walk-in shower. On the main level, you will also find the open concept kitchen with all the furnishings of home. As you walk out of the kitchen you will encounter the cozy dining table with seating for 5, and additional seating at the bar. The living room is equipt with three comfy seatings that are ready to transform into additional sleeping accommodations. Heading up the marble look stairwell you will find a washer and dryer ready for some impromptu laundry. As you turn left you will find yourself in the bonus room. This room is perfect for when you have extra guests, want a quick workout or just a few minutes to finish a job for the office. The upstairs offers a second bathroom and three beautifully themed bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people. In the backyard relax around the cozy firepit. We hope you enjoy a relaxing stay at our casa. Guest access Access to all rooms and bathrooms in the house. The inside of the garage and storage shed will be off-limits. Other things to note Please let us know if you will be bringing your fur kids, that way we can put the doggy door up. And let us know if anyone is deaf and we have accommodation for them.
