The Cottage's by the Sea two cottages.

Guests have exclusive use of 2 beautiful grade 11 listed cottages set in a quiet conservation area just minutes from the lovely Littlehampton seafront. They are spacious detached residences with vaulted ceilings set in the same grounds with all facilities on the ground floor. Both refurbished with new appliances.We can comfortably accomodate 8 guests with 3 double bedrooms. 2 lounges. 2 kitchens, ensuite bathroom, ensuite showroom, cloakroom. There is a lovely private secure patio garden. The space The cottages have comfortable beds, free WiFi, large patio gardens and lots of space for a family to use. The area is beautiful and just a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a nice pub nearby Beachfront cafe, and restaurants nearby & childrens playground and a local shop all within a few minutes walk. There is on street parking outside and along the road. There are no parking restrictions. Vouchers are not required. Pls request before you book if you wish to bring your dog. There will be a small charge for the dog. Guest access Parking is free street parking outside the cottage and around some parts of the area. The cottages are a 3 minute walk to the beach and there are walks along the promenade to the harbour where there are fish&chips and ice creams. A lovely walk to Rustington where there are cafes and shops. The area is quiet but close to everything, A leisure centre within a 10 minute walk, skateboard park, paddle boats. Harbour park amusements are close to the harbour. Other things to note Pls request before you book if you would like to bring your dog. There is a small charge for a dog.
