The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche. The space The "Gîte du Fournil" is a 17th century outbuilding of the manor house. It is a large family house restored in the pure tradition of the region. The modern comfort of this large cottage is provided by a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Depending on the year, the heat pump diffuses its floor heating. To rest, lie down, sleep, three bedrooms and a mezzanine (with a desk) can accommodate 8 people. The high quality bedding reinforces the "cocoon" spirit of this accommodation. After crossing the vast courtyard of the manor, sheltered from the big cities, the Fournil overlooks an independent ground, raised and flowered.
