We run a clean and quiet home. Your room is within our home. As guests within our home, please be on your best behavior and abide by our house rules. Take a look at them before booking with us. Your bedroom is on the 2nd floor, up a steep flight of stairs. There is a double Sleep Number bed you can adjust, a large dresser, a large sitting chair, and a work desk and chair. The main bath and laundry are right outside the door. We are close to public transit. Free on-street parking. The space We live in the center of Saint Paul, Minnesota’s second largest city. Our neighborhood is diverse and walkable to urban public transportation - both the bus and the green line light rail train. If you are not sure if an urban city is for you, ask me any questions you might have. We are familiar with the neighborhood and with both Minneapolis and Saint Paul. We have a fully fenced in yard. We have both vegetable and flower gardens. There are nice spaces to sit outside in the backyard and on the porch in the front of the house. Our house is old so there are a set of steep stairs to get upstairs to the bedroom. You should feel comfortable with stairs if you choose to stay with us. Guest access The bedroom is yours entirely. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared spaces during regular hours. Aside from breakfast, the shared spaces are NOT open for guest use during quiet hours (9pm to 8 am). We use an electronic lock for access to the house. You will get the code with check-in instructions. During your stay We take a personal approach to our Airbnb business. We generally host longer terms stays. We like to meet and talk to our guests. I am one of Minnesota's biggest fans. I am happy to share what I know and help you find what you are looking for.
