Yes, all of our vacation rental properties include linens and towels at the property for your use. Q. Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included? Our vacation rentals are furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, a clean sponge and laundry soap. Some homes may also have a basic supply of spices, cooking oil and cooking spray. Depending on how long your stay is and your level of usage, you may need to purchase more of these items at any of the local grocery stores. Q. Are washers & dryers available? A. Yes, most of our properties have a washer and dryer available. Q. Are pets permitted? A. Some of our vacation properties accept pets and a pet deposit is required. No, smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our vacation properties. Q. Is there air-conditioning in my rental property? A. Most properties do not have air conditioning since the average daily high temperature tends to hover around 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months. Q.
